So my parents have been going oldschool,
and watching movies from the 60's and such.

We watched one a few nights ago.

I dunno what it was called, but all I remember was the freaking ship's computer, HAL9000....
._____. I had nightmares about him, man, he killed everyone on the ship, and I knew he was gonna do it from the start! D8

But worst of all, I was watching Futurama last night, that candy heart episode.
;____; and it was just like that movie!

I had watched that episode before, but didn't know.
@A@ But no one died, but it was just freaky...
that red eye on the voice panel...eeehhhhhhhh.

I also watched 'The thing' last night with dad. X'D
It wasn't all that scary, but it was really gross. oAo;

Well, some of you know I'm trying to replace my unreliable laptop, that crashes on me all the time, for something I can count on, y/n?
I made dad look at IBM Thinkpads, cuz I was curious...

eAe I LOVE THEEEEEEEEM.
THEY'RE SO PRETTY AND SLIM, UGGGHHHH.
But...they're like, over 1,000$... OTL

I'm so pissed some Chinese company bought IBM's personal computer division.. D:
It's so upsetting. :c
WHY'D YOU LET THEM, IBM?!

And now they're selling these pretty thinkpas for like, 1,200$ and more! >_<;
I dunno how much IBM was selling them for, but 1,200$ was how much my laptop was. :c
And it's a piece of crap, and I dunno if IBM still builds said Thinkpas anymore. .___.;
UGH I DUNNO WHAT TO DO. D:

But Dell has a very pretty slim laptop, but you can only run 32bit Windows on it.
Which is very lame. :c

But then, oh my god, dad and me go into a conversation about SGI.
D: Looking at their site, they apparently have the world's fastest supercomputer.
and it has over 16 terabytes of memory!

THAT'S ALOT OF RAM D'8

Ok, I'll stop rambling about computers now. >_>;
